Peck and Amber are Ameracaunas (probably spelled wrong) and they lay different colored eggs. Amber's are pinkish, and Peck's are greenish. Kristina, who died before this comic started, was a reddish Ameracauna who laid blueish eggs. When Esmerelda gets old enough, she will probably lay green eggs as well. I try very hard to be asleep after eating poop and the pecking order stuff starts: I think that is why I am successful :-) The chicks are very cute. BUT Will you return to the former PG-13 of some of the older strips? Sex and Violence? M.
